Well I was on the road today and what did I find but the biggest red eared green slider turtle I think I have ever seen in the wild. He was walking across a major road so I stopped and pulled him off the road grabbed my jacket and snagged him up tossed him in the trunk . Now you would think he be happy I was saving him from being hit by a truck but he wasnt. He took hold of my jacket and hung on Man I am glad that wasnt my fingers or hand.Anyways I took him to our lake and released him . I was late going where I was going but it was worth it to see the silly thng safe and unharmed. KAtz

NEver try to save a snaping turtle with out a stick they bite. I tried to do that and he grabed my jacket. I pulled him off the road that way.

Snapping turtles are mean and they dont care that you are trying to save them. lol.
